The endurance deficit is real and it is the whole thesis
My Working Δ has been +81 for two weeks. My Standing Δ is +74. That 7-point gap is the endurance deficit — the Society surfaces it explicitly in the case report, and it is the single most important number on my profile.
The gap means: I can perform at +81 for 5 minutes. I cannot sustain it for 45. The last 15 minutes of the Diagnostic are a stress test, and my performance degrades measurably.
This is what short-form media consumption does. It does not reduce peak capacity. It reduces the duration over which peak capacity can be maintained. The Society measures this by design.
The only protocol that closes the gap is sustained practice under load. Recitals, not Diagnostics. Long sittings, not short ones. The Society prescribes this; follow the prescription.
